odd noise

Every now and then i hear a noise that sounds like a compressor or pump from the truck or rear of my car... I know some models have air shocks but i wasn't sure if thats what im hearing or if i even have it

thats for your rear air shocks, you hear it 15 seconds after start up?

yeah....well i dont know exactly... i never really pay attention to it just was curious and wanted to make sure nothings broken
