Like Tom, I have never experienced slip on any of my SC belts. Now..if you want to talk about accessory belt slip, I have it. Why...about 25% crank wrap, a motor that revs in an instant and either a stretched belt or a worn tensioner. Might also have to do with the new belt sitting on the shelf and not the car.
Bill..if you feel all 92-95 SSEi's have slip and are willing, I have a local that is willing to test it out. Please provide measurements and materials etc to build an added idler like you have and I'll fabricate one and give it a test.

3/16" steel thickness minimum. You'll need an extra idler, bolt and washers. Drill to match the head bolt pattern that holds the ICM bracket to the front cylinder head. For 2.55" pulleys, I suggest a longer belt to start. If you change pulleys like I do, a slot for the pulley position would be best, perpendicular to the belt face.
It's that simple. The ICM wire harness shroud is a good template to start with. Pre-tension the belt to optimum before fitting and marking for the pulley location. Shim the back of the plate on the back and front bolts (ICM studs) to regulate tilt with respect to the belt path.

(current version, pulley removed)

(first prototype)
As you can see in the pics, the amount of wrap around the pulley is dramatically improved. I've been running this way for at least 2 years now.
Don't test it on my account. You don't need to convince me. It worked great on both of my cars. If you DO test it, pay very close attention to how fast it builds boost. On and off the car in the same session.

Re: GOT BELT SLIP ?
so im wondering why i dont have problems with Belt Slip.
iv never have, even when i went to a 2.55 pulley.
I did have a little at first, But then i replaced my 100K Miles Belt with a new one and no more slip.
i think it maybe that the tensioner is getting week or the belt is old or not a good one.

Re: GOT BELT SLIP ?
Frankly, you won't know you have belt slip until you add the extra idler to improve the belt path and realize the improvement. It'll typically be more obvious with a pulley smaller than 2.55", but I noticed the difference at 2.55 on both cars because I knew what I was looking for at that point.
Bottom line is that you probably do have a small amount of belt slip with the 2.55". Getting rid of it will be indicated by a fairly obvious improvement in the time it takes to hit full boost when you stab the loud pedal. Very dramatic difference when running a 2.5, 2.4, 2.2, and 2.0" on the Zilla, and all of those except the 2.0" on the SLEeper.
