white 97 40th anniversary

Did they paint the 40th anniversary editions white? I found a nice 97 SE 40th with the SLE package for like $2200, but I'm just wondering if it's actually a 40th or not.

You should be able to look at the RPO and find a certain code, I think it was Y40 or something like that.

Not to be a downer or anything, but don't go after it for the sole reason it's a 40th. They aren't worth more.
They made almost 5000 40th SE's. And white is the second most common color. We have 3 or 4 members here with them in that color.

I'm not going after it just because it's a 40th, It's just an extremely clean car, with about 120K on it, and I think that's a decent price for it.
