Post by Captain Ali »

Is the Ground point for the Body Control Module located on the Passenger side A Column ?

Thanks in advance.

If you want clear answers you'd need to provide clear questions.

I'm assuming this is for your 2002 SE? There are 3 body control modules, which one?
DIM = Dash Integration Module
IPM = Instrument Panel Module
RIM = Rear Integration Module

Looking at your other posts, it looks like you're having issues with the flasher relay. These are EXTREMELY common failure points. If you have no turn signals or they are acting weird, don't spend any further time diagnosing, just replace the hazard/flasher relay. They are difficult to find, discontinued and no longer made by aftermarket. I do have them, but they aren't cheap.

I'd provide clearer questions if I knew what the hell I was talking about. LOL ! I'm a VW, Volvo an BMW guy so cut me some slack on this.

This is the 02 headliner dilemma I'm trying to resolve. I have three Bonnevilles, and a '04 Grand Am GT. These are all the first American cars I've had for a good 35 years so I am behind the power curve on a lot of the stuff. I'm trying to resolve.

I can find a flasher relay (for the '00) later it's not a crisis at all. The '00 has a few small issues, it's not on the road yet, it can wait.
