I had never heard of an Allure, Google tells me its the Canadian version of the LaCrosse.

The forum isn't what it used to be, mostly everyone has migrated to the Facebook group.

FB certainly killed forums but I've been happy without it for the 13 years or so.

I agree with this 100% it's sad but the instant reply you can get on Facebook I feel is the reason why it's the culture of instant reply/gratification no one can wait for anything.
