04 SE wire harness for after market car radio

hi need here trying to figure out posting thought i posted already but that didnt work trying again... can someone tell me if i do need this wiring harness and why this one cost so much more! any input is helpful thank you! so from what i am reading i need the metra stereo GMRC_04 harness... is that right? i dont want to get the wrong one and ruin anything electrical!!

Your connections are fused, so I'd relax.

Disconnecting your battery is the safest thing you can do before you work on the car.


And is wiring harness needed? No. You can easily bypass it if you know what to cut.

But to be safe, I'd use it, and the link below in case you do have to do any tweaks.

Ok I am just going to stick to the harness... Just don't understand why the dang harness I need is right at 100 bucks and other ones are like 15 bucks max!

You found it for 60!!!! That same harness?!!! Where!!!??? I keep seeing it for $90 to $95... Please let me know where you found it for that price!! And thank you!!!!

That's crazy when I looked it up this time it was in 60's I swear a week ago it was 90 lol
