Fuel leak right over SC on 1998 L67 3800 SII

Hello everybody, I hope you're doing alright despite the insanity of the world at the moment!

My own personal insanity is that my SC belt shredded a few weeks ago, I've been driving it without it very gently and not often because of quarantine. While waiting to have the cash to fix it, I've noticed my brake booster seems to be going out, a lot of hissing air when I push it and it takes a lot of force to push it to the floor.
But now....the real problem is: I smelled gas, opened the hood, took off the cover and gas was squirting from the top fuel lines above the SC.

I don't even know where to start. Do the lines need to be completely replaced? And is this related to the problem with the brakes? And was it a bad idea to drive the car without the SC belt?

Total newb with this part of the engine. Try to be nice. =)

If the fuel is spraying out from the fuel rail, that can be welded to plug the hole. If it is spraying from the fuel lines, get them replaced immediately. I don't think you can just plug the hole, the fuel pressure will just get fuel right through the patch.

To prevent the car from squirting fuel, you can remove the fuel pump fuse, but you obviously can't drive it if you do that.

ID exactly where it's coming from. If an injector o-ring is bad, it can spray. Happened to me once. That can be fixed very cheaply.

turn the car off - open hood, look at fuel lines, cover off
get helper to turn key to acc position - look for leak source
turn key to run position - dont start the car. you should have little issue finding the leak when pressurized
if its the metal lines that connect on top off engine, you need a tool to disconnect them - it may be o-ring seal thats damaged.

you can drive without the sc belt - you just will have no boost

take care of fuel leak pronto - be a shame to go up in flames due to a 2 buck seal.

the booster has a leak, see if its from the hose from booster to top engine - if yes, its easy, cheap fix, if not, its internal booster issue.

Thank you all for your imput: I got the fuel leak fixed. Took out the old ring seals and they practically turned to dust. It was a quick fix. Now on to the booster...
