05 Gxp headliner
How hard is it to remove its starting to sag in a couple places should i try to glue like it is or remove?

It is best to remove at least one seat to avoid damage to the headliner structure. It is possible to get out without removing the seats, but will be FAR more challenging than just to remove the 4 bolts for the seat.
