That would be good, but plan on me having one as well, now that I have my own turkey fryer and what not. It will be thawed when you get here

We can do two turkeys. We'll want to plan out timing a little bit, but shouldnt be a big problem. I'll plan on getting one and all the stuff to brine.

So it turns out my grill was beyond repair so I just bought one I’m gonna bring it over.

One batch of brine is ready. I'll do the second this evening. We'll put the turkeys in the brine when we get to town on Friday evening, so they can absorb the flavor goodness overnight.
