I am trying to get my newly acquired 1993 Bonneville to perform a bit better in the stopping department and after replacing the front rotors and pads, the results are still not amazing. I found the adjusters on the rear brakes to be completely worn out, along with both drums being pretty badly warped. I have been trying to figure out if a swap would be possible to replace the original drum brakes with discs.
I found some references on this forum to some people trying and possibly succeeding at doing the swap on the same generation of H body Pontiac. Has anyone had any luck actually getting this idea to work?
