Do GXP tail lights delaminate?

Post by maxi426 »

Do GXP tail lights delaminate like the earlier and SE versions do. I have a really nice, low mileage SSEi, and I'm having a hard time finding a trunk panel and tails worthy of my car. Even if I could find something decent, I'm sure they wouldn't last long. If the GXP versions are more resistant to the delamination, I'll hunt for those.

It appears that they are. I've personally never seen a delaminated pair of GXP tails. Mine are holding up well!

I have a GXP center section I got out of a salvage yard that has a spot that's started to delaminate.

Yes they can, just not as frequently.
