what final drive ratio are you running?2003 SSEi wrote:I believe I'm the Fastest active running car. I went 12.50 @ 108mph with a Tune, GenV IC and 1.9 rockers. It was a true bolt on setup. STOCK cam and heads.
I have added Alum Heads, very large lift cam, and a MP112 Intercooled Supercharger. I don't have numbers as of yet for the new setup

Re: Bolt on records?
It's been awhile, thought I'd revisit this one. Hewdgasket took a crap in march, just got done buttoning it all back up. Added a few things since i was going to be in there. Ported M90, HvTB, 1.9s and LS6 springs, ported front manifold. The coolant in the exhaust took out some of the welds, so next up, will be a 3 inch catback with a few glass packs in place if the res and muffs. Should be a nice new baseline before thr next batch of fun stuff.
The L67, being the torque monster it is, still feels like a 6 in the low revs. I've been thinking of gears to combat this, but people have been saying to play with the part throttle timing. I would like it to be able to climb mountains like my Trans Am does....without downshifting. Would adding part throttle timing and playing with the shift points alow this to happen? With over 300lbs torque, it really shouldn't have to downshift going up hill.
