Hello everyone.
I have a 1998 SSEi with an A/C system that I can't get blowing cold air in the summer, but is now blowing cold air, in the winter. It starts to blow hot air but it only lasts a few seconds. It seems like such an inexplicable problem to have. I am beyond frustrated. I tried to find a similar problem in the boards and nothing even sounds close. I recently had a check engine light that returned a code about a faulty thermostat, but it has gone away on its own. Since that warning, the car has run slightly hotter than it usually does.
Sorry about the noob question. I appreciate any help you can give me!

Sounds like an air blend door actuator issue to me. I think there's a write-up on it in the Techinfo.
Hrm... The pics are broken, but here it is.

I would also suggest checking the coolant level. Take off the radiator cap, don't assume it's full by the level in the coolant expansion tank. A low coolant level could cause intermittent heat and higher temp.

The car was low on coolant so I topped it off and now the heater runs great!
Thank you, guys, it's nice not freezing in my car anymore!
