I found this and as it turns out I have the actron already. I even have and extra obd1 harness and an obd2 extension I can cut up and splice. I just need some help figuring out which wire gets spliced to which when I chop them up. Can I get Some help or is there an easier way?

Help scan my obd 1.5...
the focus was my first car so obviously it has become my money pit and 580whp play toy.
i bought a kia soul to "grow up" and have something that is practical with a back seat and gets good mileage.
my wife brought the ssei bonneville into the mix to piss me off because it does everything the kia does better.
i then bought another ssei bonneville

My actron could scan the 95 Toyota PU I drove for work with the OBD2 cable. 95 was a weird year automotively though.
The 94 Ford Thunderbird was OBD2 compliant already. Looking at the diagram though, it seems pretty well laid out what goes where. What are you having trouble with?

A temporary fix does not exist. It becomes a solution until it needs to be fixed again.

The procedures in this video outline the steps to activating the "Field Service Mode", which was not available on any 3800 after 1993.
DO NOT attempt this.
