Pretty sure the car can do 0-60 in just under 7 second from the factory if it's running well.
To get it down a little more, you'd need headers, a smaller pulley for the supercharger (think 3.4/3.5), and an appropriate tune.

Unplug any of the wheel speed sensors. Don't forget to reconnect it. If its gets wet inside the connector it will destroy the wire.

My only question is why would you want to disconnect it? It's not slowing you down any in a street setting.

The only reason to totally disable it is to do burnouts. That's literally the only reason.

I wouldn't do that just for the sake of the transmission. They're not very strong in these cars.

Little late to the party, but.....go to 3800performance.com, there you will find a transmisson called thrasher. Its a 4T65E trasmisson built for the track. Starts at $1800 and climbs pretty quickly, depending on how you customize it.

If he really wanted a built trans, he'd call TripleEdge Performance. They know more about the 4T65E than anyone else. *shoot* gets expensive quick though.
