After replacing my axle I still have the vibration coming from the driver side it feels like. I replaced the wheel bearing since it was throwing some codes and that didn't fix it either. Seems to be move prevalent at 60-70 mph and definitely noticeable when braking. Maybe a warped rotor or something? Probably just deal with it for awhile since the breaks are in good shape.
Last weekend I decided to do something about my headlights. The coating was starting to come off from my last refresh job. This time I decided to use some UV safe clear coat and buff it out. Turned out great IMO and less prone to runs. Wetsanded 800/100 grit, sprayed clear, wetsanded 1500/2000 then buffed out. Here are some pics.

Just read through the entire thread...wow. Sure makes my half priced version not nearly as attractive as it was. Of course, talking the guy down from 1500 to 800 is pretty amazing haggling. I couldn't get the guy to budge on my Bonneville at all. But then again, we are talking a much lower price point.
I've only seen one Green Bonneville on CL when I was actively looking....certainly a unique color.

Update! Got my LED's installed in my car today. Love, love, love the way they look. Makes it feel a little more modern and definitely better light output. Ordered from SBL. Forgot to order the license plate lights so I'll be ordering those.

Finally got my 1.9 rockers and 90# springs installed today. Took the better part of the day but got it done. As always the rear was a PITA and took the longest. Look forward to getting some tuning in here soon.

Really loving this car! Awesome progress. LEDs look great. Love mine! What color did you choose? One of the best interior mods out there. What size is the bulb for the keyring?

Thanks, appreciate it! I went with the cool white for everything and natural white for the keyring and shift selector. For the keyring and shifter lights I believe its a #74 bulb and when I was selecting them it gave the option for 120/360 degrees and that decided whether you got cool (120) or natural (360). I love the difference, makes it feel a little more modern.

Not much to update on at the moment. Everything has been running pretty good and the vinyl wrap has lasted great so far on the window trim. Also rolled over a new milestone today, 200k is next.

Spent the weekend taking care of some issues. Got my ZZP flexpipe welded in on my SD headers and fixed a bad wheel bearing. Still got a exhaust leak somewhere, got some new manifold gaskets and copper RTV coming, hopefully that does the trick. Hoping to also get the vinyl wrap on the outside window pillars(?) this upcoming weekend.
Here's a quick video of the wheel bearing.

Awesome! This car has come a long way, looks amazing! Good luck with the exhaust leaks, I've got a near-constant battle with the front crossover connection on mine.

Thanks, I appreciate it! As for the exhaust leaks.... this will be my 3rd go around with them. I'm having issues tightening the rear clamp on the crossover. Might try to drop the rear header and tighten it with lots of copper RTV then put it back together.

Went to the junkyard today and scored a 02+ center console to replace mine. Cleaned it up and slapped it in. Also replaced DIC switch and did front brakes. Started cleaning the door panels and seats but ran out of time. Will finish up tomorrow. Overall I'm very happy with it especially for $30.
