My 1999 Olds 88 is quickly approaching 200,000 miles.
Here is the maintenance I performed over the years:
Changed the intake manifold and gaskets which included an antifreeze flush at 62,000 miles.
3 transmission pan drops and filter changes, the last one was at 150,000 miles.
Plugs and wires at 100,000 miles.
1 MAF sensor because I forgot air filters should be changed from time to time, 150,000.
2 rusty brake lines.
1 rusty fuel line, so I replaced the fuel filter with the line at 90,000 miles.
4 struts at 120,000 miles.
2 low beam bulbs at 170,000,
replaced front pads and rotors twice, last time at 117,000, rear drums at 90,000.
22 synthetic oil changes, I've owned the car since 55,000 miles.
3 sets of tires with 4 wheel alignments.
It currently has a check engine light from the transmission max shift. It probably needs all of the brakes and struts replaced. Tires are bald. The brake lines are really rusty at the ABS pump. It is due for a tune up.
Other then that, is there some maintenance item I should look into? I'm looking for 200k more miles!

Re: 200,000 maintenance
Might be due for another upper intake, I would at least check on it.
Get a shift kit in the trans on your next fluid change to get rid of that max adapt code.
