A couple of other vehicles I own

Post your pics of your non-Bonneville, and If you have video footage, we want to see it. Videos must be hosted on external web space and hotlinked to PontiacBonnevilleClub.com. Also discuss mechanical problems regarding your non-bonneville (this is not another lounge, but posts don't count, random car vids not of your cars should be in the lounge)

A couple of other vehicles I own

Post by JimmyF »

So, the '79 Bonne is my daily drive but I have a few others for weekend use...

First off is a Texan yellow 1973 VW Fastback...

then I have a 1944 Morris C8 GS

A 1945 Humber Box, which is the only one of its type in existence as it was a prototype using the suspension from an armoured vehicle

A 1941 Dodge Luxury Liner

A 1942 Dodge D-19 truck

I also have a vested interest in a 1942 Karrier K6

A 1943 Fordson WOT6

And finally, a 1942 Willy's MB. All the pictures are taken from google searches as I'm writing this post on my iPad and don't have any photos on here.

Correction, in relation o the fastback and the Humber box I actually mean I have a pile of parts that will one day be those vehicles!

The number is a full nut and bolt restoration that is causing us a few headaches

Looks like a lot of really nice cars, especially the VW fastback.

Agreed, I'd love to pick up a notch, fast or squareback some day...or another beetle. I don't quite have the interest in military vehicles, unless they have tracks ( probably because I was a tracked vehicle mechanic during my stint with the good old US Army. )
A temporary fix does not exist. It becomes a solution until it needs to be fixed again.

The group I'm in has a few Sherman's and Stuart's if that counts.

The fastidious is in desperate need of work but is low down on the list unfortunately and am toying with selling it as is
