Moonroof drains clogged

I first searched the forum for how to go about cleaning the moonroof drains and found a few threads but I can't seem to find any on the 92-99 models, only 00+, can someone tell me if there is a thread for 92-99, my mechanic tried to clean them out with compressed air and with some kind of skinny metal rod and still no good, I saw on the 00+ cars it's a white plastic tube, is it the same on the 92-99? I don't wanna go jamming something down there and poke a hole in it so it leaks 10 times more, I current have been putting clear window sealant around the moonroof to stop it from leaking but I have to remove and replace like every other month, plus I can't open the moonroof bc I have to seal it up every time I do, any help and idea will be greatly appreciated!!!

Can you tell if your leaks are in the front or rear? Both of my rear drain hoses came off the nipples on the sunroof track frame. They aren't too hard to access after removing the c pillar covers and pulling the rear of the headliner down.
