Anniversary SSEi

How can I tell if this VIN# is an anniversary model (1G2HZ5214VH271622)? I've noticed other anniversary cars with the VH in the VIN but I thought I read somewhere that the VIN has Y40 but the ones that say their anniversary had VH.
1998 Black SSEi, All original with no mods (214k miles) Daily driver {purchased in 2003 with 39k miles}
2010 Black Camaro SS, muffler delete, CAI, Diablo tune, carbon fiber hood (60k miles) Weekend driver {purchased new 2009}
2014 Metallic Green Explorer, no mods, (45k miles), vacation/road trip driver {purchased new 2013}

Y40 is the RPO code and not part of the VIN. 1997 was the anniversary year and basically was some badging, floor mats, and the Y40 RPO, that's about it.

When I checked that VIN, it shows it is a 2007 model year Bonneville but does not have the Y40 RPO code.

Yeah that's why I was asking cause it's a very nice 97 SSEi but I didn't see the badging or mention anywhere about it being a Anniversary model.

I took the VIN straight from the add. I guess they put the wrong VIN on there.
