I replaced rear ball joints, fixed the rear sway bar mount on one side, new sway bar end links on the rear, cleaned up the rear wheel well paint job, and put everything back together again in time to spring a brake line leak on the rear left wheel. Guess the catch can PCV will have to wait.

Filled her up and enjoyed her A/C. Was gonna give the fuel sender another crack but didn't feel like sweating to death in a literal gas chamber.

I fixed the A/C on the SE and the Camaro today. The Camaro condenser has been replaced, I think the system was never recharged for whatever reason. The SE was an original R12 that leaked out. Both systems got vacuumed down, held for 25 minutes to be sure no leaking, then recharged with R152a. Camaro took about 12 oz, and the SE was around 13 oz. On the SE: low-35, high-170. Camaro: low-32, high-190. I'm interested in seeing if they hold their charge. I've heard that by design the compressor shaft seal(s) are supposed to have a small amount of leakage to keep oil on them; it's been years since the SE system has been in use though so the seals may not last now.

I changed my battery because it went bad after not even a year and a half. And because of the awkward place of the w body battery, the cap got caught on the core support and came off dumping acid everywhere. Then I sprayed down the engine.

I've always disliked the battery location in the GP. If you're looking for a positive side though, you were given the opportunity to clean the engine bay a little ;)

while doing the install I found out that my passenger front window regulator had gone out in the process so I took a spare one off the shelf replaced it and I'm pondering that ran my battery dead with no way to charge it I just simply took the other spare battery I had off the shelf and turned a 30 minute job into an hour and a half plus since I had my doors off I went ahead and finished my smoked door reflectors and installed my Kenwood six and a halfs up front.

Today I replaced my right rear strut mount again. I hate the roads around here, this thing barely made it three months and broke. My voltage booster came too and I threw that on. I didn't drive the car yet though so we will see if it helped. Just on startup it's at 14.7 instead of 13.5 so it is already an improvement.

Put on a pair of Trico Force beam style wiper blades on today. Using Meijer's B1G1 free and 10% off using Mperks they were $18 for the pair.

Dropping her off tomorrow to get the valve cover gaskets, transmission fluid change, And the front subframe bushings replaced.
