Speedo, tach, turn signals,and cruise stopped working

So my speedo, tach,turn signals, and cruise stopped working today. I have done some research and in the process of checking the fuses under the back seat with a light tester my blinker started working!! What the heck!! Lol it is the ign 1 fuse, what is my next step?

This plagued my 2002 SE as well, they would at random times all quit and then seconds or hours later work again for who knows how long. The only thing I found was when the aftermarket stereo was installed they butchered the wiring harness when cutting the dash. I don't know if that was the issue or not, the engine died shortly after I fixed it then I replaced the entire body harness, dash harness, all modules and the complete drivetrain. The good news is I haven't had the issue since, bad news is I may never know what the issue was...

I do have a tech 2 scanner now, if you are close to the Midland area I would be happy to see if we can dig anything up.

The weird thing is when i ground the fuse with the light tester they work. Does the module (whichever one it is) control the grounds?

Ok so for the last hour it has been working!! I went through and cleaned the ground points, started with the drivers door,then the passenger door. Checking the turn signals as i went after each step. Then i came across a bolt on the tranny that was loose with a ground, cleaned it up (really corroded) !! Not it, still didn't work. So i removed the rear seat fuse block from its compartment and unscrewed the three separate pieces, didnt find anything unusual so i put them back together and now they are working. I will see for how long.
