That code is often set when there is a problem with the pressure control solenoid in the transmission. A shift kit often takes care of the harsh shift when warm problem, if that is what you're experiencing. You'll find the information in common problems thread toward the top of this section, under transmission.

ordered the kit from triple edge. it has had a long shift time from 2-3 quite often. has
done it for the 20,000 miles ive owned it. no residue in the pan.fluid changed at 34000
and at 50000, when i put in dexron 6 and lubegard platinum. will try the kit first and
hope it works. if not the pcs solenoid. will let my mechanic friend handle that.also had a
misfire code. you could feel it at low rpms in od when going up a hill. shift down and you
didnt feel it. put iridium plugs and delco wires on it and replaced coil packs.the misfire
was on cyl 2 and 6 so not on same coil.

thank you much for the help. i forgot to mention i did change the frt motor mount too the other
day. it wasnt completly broken but moved quite a bit.

+1 on the shift kit. 99% of the time solves the issue. Did the trick for me.
