A general location may help for those who are not willing to ship. I assume you mean series 2, but you may want to specify that too, as the series 1 L67 was also a vin 1.

92 Olds 98. L67, Gen 3 M62, 2.55 pulley, FWI, PLIM, 1.8 YTs.

Yes it has to be a seris 2 . and it does not have to be complete im looking for just a block im doing a custom build from ground up and switching to zz performace tranny. Didnt know anyone had one on here or not. But thanks for the info guys

if you are doing pistons and rods and only need block/crank then you can also get a Vin K. but if you need heads and whatnot then yeah you will want a SII L67 or SIII L32.
