So found another issue I'm guessing is common to this platform, the air ride compressor is dead. I replaced all the lines as they were rotted. Checked for power and found the fuse in the drivers fuse panel labeled "passkey/air ride" was dead all together. I tried to trace it out but without the schematics it's tough. I did try the manual button in the truck for filling tires and their is a relay clicking but the pump isn't switching on, so I'm guessing being under the car it's more then likely seized.
Does anyone have the pinout for the rear pump plugs and where the fuse for te pump feeds from?

Re: air ride pump dead
Best bet, if no one has the pinout, is to pick up a set of factory service manuals off Ebay.
I saw 2 sets there, both around $40 shipped.

Yea, if worse comes to worse I might have to.
But today I started with the pump itself and found it was seized solid. So I'm oiling it and trying to free it up some. Does anyone know what lube was used in them or was it an oil bath system? Can't tell cause the casing was washed out by water

Re: air ride pump dead
Ended up getting the pump running and it "kinda" pumps some. Electric motor is fine just the cylinder is weak, piston is worn

Re: air ride pump dead
When I bought my 93 SE, that's the way I fixed my AC, since the compressor was missing and the system open for who knows how long.monte0 wrote:Only took replacing everything..lol
On the plus side, it is nice and cold on the hottest of days.
Glad you got your system working!
