its gouges. kinda deep but not that deep. Im just trying to clean it up as best as i can to trade for a bonneville :thumbleft:

looks like its down to the plastic to me. no fixing it without touchup paint.

repaint or touchup is your only solution when the paint is gone.

I would go to a junkyard and try to get a bumper cover from an STS of the same color. Too much work involved in sanding and repainting, and probably more expensive than buying a used one. They're relatively common and it shouldn't be too expensive. I'm not sure how this will effect trade in value, but if it DOES - I would replace the bumper cover completely.
