I've seen this car sitting less than a block from my house for awhile now and last week the guy finally put it in the driveway with $500 across the windshield. Had water in the oil & it just so happens I kept the 3.8L from the 01 Grand Prix GT that I scrapped over a month ago. She isn't winning any beauty contest yet but all the windows work - no cracks or chips, gas gauge reads true, tires were good and with a little work I'll have an 03 Bonne that isn't over 180K and still have well under $1000 in it!
Rust is the worst on the drivers side, just after the rear door as well as around the gas door as usual, hood has seen it's better days & the trunk lid needs replacing. Interior wasn't quite a nightmare but was definitely not kept up on regularly. That's where my OCD is at it's best! Wheels cleaned up pretty well with some acid, interior is still in progress but getting there & the motor should be finished in the next two or three days.
Then comes the Pioneer head unit & I'm going for just a simple one sub set up with this one - eventually. I know it's never going to compare to the SSEI's factory bose speakers & the Polk Momos

Still have to get pics of what the interior looks like now - detailed it to the max a couple weeks ago! It needs the drivers fender, hood needs work, center taillight and bulbs on some of the interior switches (need them repaired on the SSEi too) needs rotors, pads, and I'm guessing a trans service since it's probably never had one.
All the exterior bulbs have been replaced, and everything power works as it should (minus the drivers back window) so I'm debating on either putting the SSEi up for the winter so she doesn't have to bear another one and driving this till I come up with some cash to dump into the SSEi or need to drive it again lol
Will get pictures up as soon as the weather isn't terrible!
