I don't remember what it's called. There's a party at some fancy club they rented out and we're staying near that. Never been there so I wasn't paying much attention.

Re: wanna see more?
Ummm, yea, that would definetely derail the thread...
Anywho, I don't know what's what anymore down there. It's been years since we did the clubbing thing. Hitting Mothers, Alumni Club, Polyesters, etc... Mainly Division and Rush street digs.
On a brighter note (LOL), if you take 90 or even 20 into Chicago (or some combo thereof), you'll go right through scenic Elgin.

Re: wanna see more?
Is supposed to be back roads for the most part but I don't know if such a thing exists that close.to Chicago. The route is up to the team's but the waypoints are intended to keep us on fun roads.

Re: wanna see more?
There are some nice ones once you get out of the Chicago area.
Usually when I cruise, I go west from Elgin and both nice long stretches to open it up, as well as some fun twisties (as much as one can do on flat land... It ain't no tail of the dragon or anything). SE Wisconsin also has the Kettle Moraine area which is nice too. 20, just west of Elgin, out to about Belvidere has some nice curves to it. Problem is, it's all being developed, so there now a ton of traffic making it a slow-go.
