Wiper motor runs backwards

Replaced wiper module and now my wiper motor runs backwards. Any ideas????

Upon further investigation the motor isn't running backwards its parking in the opposite postion. How do I fix this

You have to remove the arm on the motor hub, cycle the wiper motor and allow it to park then reinstall everything while in the parked position.
