2004 Bonneville a/c issues

Hey I just bought my Bonneville a week ago and I love it it's the best car ever hands down the only thing is my air Conditioning is getting cold on the passenger side not the drivers side I have the sse with the dual temperature both sides are on the lowest setting as well I've tried messing with all the setting to try make it work and nothing does anyone have any suggestions

Mix door actuator or low charge!

This is a local to me, she stopped over the other day and I checked It out, thinking the air mix actuator on this, the A/C lines get very cold, has plenty of charge too. Looks like a project for the meet!
