Rear Quarter Panel Dent Removal . . How Much?

After I sold the Riviera that I owned for 2 1/2 weeks . . I've always wanted to get another. I sold it because it didn't have a factory sunroof (with the drain hoses); and sunroofs are a must for me. Love how the ride.

Now the one I have my eye on is another 95 supercharged. I have a soft spot for the series 1 supercharged engine. And PLUS it has the rare 95 black interior. Heated leather and sunroof. But the body isn't the best.

Was wondering from pictures how much would you guys estimate this body job to be. Rear Quarter Panel, fender dents (could get another fender from JY) and a paint job . . But I want it to stay black.
