So I have a few vacuum lines on the LeSabre that are starting to rot away due to age, so I decided that within the next month or so when I do my UIM gaskets, I'm going to replace all of the soft vacuum lines with some new line, likely red or blue line.
Does anyone have a list of all of the line sizes, just the inside diameter lines that I would need to purchase? I know there's quite a few lines, I just wasn't sure if someone who's replaced them all before has kind of a list of the different sizes hahaha.

Re: Vacuum line sizes
I just had to replace a bunch of mine, they went down like flies when I was taking stuff apart. I just went to Auto Zone and matched them up as best as possible. For the thin plastic ones I got Hard Emission Tubing. For the bigger ones I got regular Vacuum/Windshield Washer Hose.
I'm backkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!

Re: Vacuum line sizes
I believe most are either 3/16 and 1/4 ID, but there are a couple that are oddball sized. If you're just replacing the short couplers then there is a multi-size pack of short pieces at most auto parts store in the help section. Otherwise bring the line with you or bring the part that has the hose barb on it.
I think there are a couple of tubes that are a reducing style coupler, http://www.autozone.com/autozone/access ... id=2012984

Re: Vacuum line sizes
Awesome, thanks guys!
I've been trying to get the line without taking the old ones off, since I don't have any transportation without the Buick, but I may just have to force the wife to take me to the parts store haha, I just know she won't approve "unnecessary things" like that. Maybe I can just say they only carry the colored lines hahahaha
