Gave myself and my car a workout when I got run off the road about an hour ago.

It was unpleasant, but everything and everyone came out of it without problems.

I was on a two lane highway, when a guy in the other lane didn't like the speed of the car in front of him, so he decides to pass that guy was I was passing in the opposite lane. Being that jackhat he was, he did it without caring and wasn't going to move. I had to make the split decision to fling my car into the grass and dirt to avoid a head on collision. I'd say I have pretty good reflexes!

He had the nerve to keep going. I just took a couple deep breaths and continued on my way.

Too bad I left my phone on my desk, otherwise, I would have called that one in.

Did a professional pan drop, filter and transmission oil flush for the 94 SSEi....The Goose.
Sorry no pics but the pan debris was normal and everything checked out A OK.
I would have done it myself but the garage had the flushing machine and did all the oil for $200 total charge including materials and I sometimes like to support local businesses that I know do a competent job........and don't mind me watching the whole time.

Found a missing shroud screw and replaced it so the metal doesn't rattle anymore.

Re-installed the front splash shield.

Last thing I'm doing will be a front brake job in a couple of weeks.

There was plenty of hoonage yesterday, lol. Scared the *shoot* out of my roommates when it kicked back to the left, they thought I almost lost it. I was totally in control...

[-X No no no, I don't ever remove factory stickers, in fact I even leave the mechanics stickers and felt pen markings in the engine bay too.
Splashed a little bit of colour in there to divert attention, LOL.

My cluster and radio illum don't work well so I tried pulling the out and reinstalling them just to test for a bad connection since I can smack them and various parts relight sometimes.... Now the radio display doesn't light at all and nearly all of my cluster is black... Oops

Then I touched up the little chips with some paint then I polished the paint burn on the trunk. It helped a little. Then I wiped down the interior with maguires leather cleaner and protectant.

Finally I used a new product that I found at Walmart last night called wipe new to restore my headlights and fog lights where they are a little cloudy. I'm waiting on the lenses to dry so I can reinstall the assemblies in the car. So far it looks pretty good compared to what it used to be. We will see soon enough.

GM corrected that problem on the Torrent using clear plastic covering in that location.
I used some closely matched Silver spray from a can....black should be easy.
