Should i do my plenum? need to make decision tonight help!!

Okay so I had smelled antifreeze burnt smell but could not find leak anywhere. I noticed corrosion from fluids around the thermostat housing and on the sensor, also by the alternator, looked like that white pitting from fluids on the metal, i also noticed a little smoke once in a while under hood once motor got to temp but then would go away, never could see from where. So replaced the elbows and one was cracked, put aluminum ones in, replaced thermostat and housing, cleaned motor with foam and sprayed off, I don't smell anything now. I had ordered a new plenum and egr pipe and was gonna replace those as well but i have noticed the lower intake gasket has already been replaced with the metal one? I am not leaking from upper so I'm thinking about not doing the plenum? I am still gonna do valve cover gaskets, new plugs and wires and clean the MAF sensor and throttle body but i'm torn about saving the money on the plenum and egr pipe? Opinions? Ideas or concerns?

Do the UIM. The smaller stovepipe helps. I cheaped out when I was doing my LIM gaskets and skipped the UIM and almost lost my motor.
