I have to agree, the car looks awesome.
I love the color and the wheels are the perfect fit/look for it!
Well done.

Beast i think you nailed it on the coolant reservoir tank being low, i got a service engine light pulled code number p0128 - coolant thermostat temp below thermostat regulating temp? Reservoir was low, would that make it throw that code? According to the code definition i read it could? I don't think its the thermostat as temp gauge has been perfect? I filled tank and cleared code. Cross my fingers.

Leon and 1tinindian thanks for the compliments you both have awesome looking cars yourself, i see we all have similar taste in grey cars!! I really wanted an SSEI but i am so impatient, i have 2 other vehicles, i could have waited but this car in person is so clean, hardly any surface rust even underside, looks like old man always garaged it or maybe never drove in winter. I was an account executive making the big bucks from 80's to 2011 and always had toy cars, over 100 cars easily, from 300zx twin turbos to several SSEI'S. Had health issues and couldn't deal with corporate america anymore and i finally walked away Dec 31st 2011, I been running my own business and just kinda changing my life (divorce) downsizing and i'm good with life now, time to get back to my old passion of nice clean sporty cars. This SLE seems plenty quick enough but I will eventually look for that sweet SSEI. Meanwhile i will make this car as close to showroom new as possible!!

Reservoir level should have little to do with the temp. It would actually heat up quicker if it was low on coolant. The temp gauge on these cars is designed to show 200* between 180* and 220*, so that it doesn't tick around and freak the average driver out. I'd bet you need a thermostat.

So far so good no code coming up after just filling the coolant reservoir, and i notice my gauge reads between 180 to 200 degrees perfectly, i'll cross my fingers that it was just low on coolant in reservoir.
