How I bought it:
Exterior:

Underside:

A couple of flaws:
Small Ding w/ Surface rust in Drivers Door

Front bumper has been repainted due to cracked paint and doesnt match perfectly and missing stripe

Starting tearing it down to refresh the engine bay and delete the computer

first day's progress deleting emissions parts

pushed outside for a wash

Stripping the accessories off the motor to be pulled for the 350

all stripped down and waiting on the hoist

Motor is out and starting to prep for paint and polish

After the motor came out we went to work taking the stripes off, and found out that some of the car (hood, fenders, bumper and blended into the RF door) was resprayed and they used the stripe as the mask line, so some sanding and maybe a paint job will be in order.

Back to the engine bay:
Upper core support painted

starting on the frame rails

Engine bay is mostly done..
Still left to clean/paint before motor goes in
-Accessory Brackets
-Pulleys
-Accessories (PS Pump, WP, Alternator)
-Brake Booster

Mild 350 ready to go in

home sweet home

Starting to get the accessories back on

Car fired right up on the first shot

All done

Exhaust installed and ready to roll

2" Front Drop Spindles installed

Installed Bilstein shocks of front and 1" drop springs in the rear. Think it sits perfect now with the 2/1" drop

Interior refresh:
The front seats and upper door panels in the Monte have taken a beating from the sun in the last 25 years. It was definitely time to freshen it up. I had looked around at interior kits, but spending $500 on some seat covers and door panels just isnt in the plans at the moment.
Decided to give a shot at doing the spray on fbric dye hearing people having some good results with it. Unfortunately i couldnt find any SEM locally, but went with Dupli-Color Vinyl and Fabric Coating http://www.duplicolor.com/products/vinylFabricCoating/
I am quite impressed with the results, the seats look brand new aside from a couple spots where you can see some wear in the fabric. The only prep work I did was vacuuming all of the loose crap off of the seats and scraping off a couple crusty spots then went to town taping and spraying. Incredible results for 2 hours and $12 investment.
Before (Right) and After (Left)

Both done

Got the 2 front seats done and the upper door panels before I ran out of paint/dye

Shortly after the 350 went in it developed a knock and lost oil pressure. I beat the hell out of the car for over a year with the knock before putting the 305 back in. Pulled the pan on the 350 and found all the rod beaings trashed
Ill close it out with a burnout
