Did you verify that the plug at the pump side gets 12V when you hit the switch?

I have not, what would I need to test it with a Multimeter or?

Meter would be best if you have one. Can use a test light too.

So this is weird put 12 volts to the pump worked just fine used a multimeter and hit the squirts the plug worked. When connected together they don't work WTF. No rust or corrosion in the plug that I can see, perhaps when plugged in its just not getting a good connection as the prongs of the multimeter were jammed in it. Guess I have to replace the plug? Unless of course anyone has a better easier fix or idea ;)

Any ideas? Perhaps some electrical contact grease?

Strange. Are the pins in the plug loose, and maybe not making full contact on the pump when seated?

Its possible its not the pump it works i even swapped out two others and tested they all work when 12v is put to them. The plug also works when tested but when combined nothing. so something in the plug is not making proper contact when seated . I can replace the plug but that would be a pain in the butt , hence why i was thinking maybe some electrical contact grease may do the trick, yet I dont want to mess anything up further .

The grease just keeps them from going bad. Try cleaning & squeeze the female side with pliers a bit.

Do you have a test light that you can use? It's possible that it can supply the minimal current that the meter needs to read the 12 volts, but not enough to drive the pump.

Putting it a little differently. You can have 12v on the connector without a load but not under load. Added resistance anywhere in the circuit will cause the voltage to be dropped there instead of across the pump. IOW even though you have voltage not enough current will flow. A wiring diagram would be a big help. I'd guess it's coming from the wipers and they're known for corrosion problems.

Hmmm now its getting complicated lol, I tested the volts while hitting the squirt button while the wipers were both on and off so that would constitute under load right, or am I wrong? The low wiper fluid light comes on and its connected to the same wire bundle. I'm going to clean the connectors real good and inspect them further but I think its futile they look mint. Worst comes to worst what would everyone recommend to fix? Thanks gentlemen

Wipers on will not put a load on the squirter motor circuit. For a simple test, have someone else hold the squirting button and you wiggle the plug around in all different directions to see if it works at all. If it starts working while wiggling or holding the plug in a certain direction the I would say that the contacts inside the plug are loose and need to be pinched together.

U could use that wire to operate a relay & have a new power source. It will still be all stock inside that way. Was thinking of doing this to my horn on truck because it works but not that loud. Probly like your squirt not enough amps.

Yes with everything plugged together ,the wipers running and the switch pushed it should be under load. What voltage are you getting on each side of the connector? If the difference is less than .3V it's not the connector. If possible it's best to check touching the wire, that way you're checking the connection between the wire and the connector and the connections parts too. Should be at least 11.5V to the connector.

Came to the conclusion it was either a weak circuit or the switch in the stalk. Had a stalk I pulled from the bone yard, so I took a stab at it. Pulled the column cover and after some fidgeting swearing and scrapped knuckles got the old one disconnected and the new one in and BOOM squirts work! Yayyyy just thought id share, I was excited lol. Thanks for the help as always gentlemen!

Anyone have a solution when the cam nipple snaps off? Mine did right at the base where in sticks out of the cowl. I called my buddy at the dealer and he says theres no part listed seperate and id have to order a whole cowl assembly which is not cheap.

What is the temperature when you are trying to use it windshield washer? It there a possibility that the lines are frozen? Most auto parts stores sell windshield washer anti-freeze. Most of the gallon jugs of washer fluid include something to keep them from freezing or the soap used just doesn't freeze.
First you need a helper to check for voltage to the pump when you try to squirt. You say you don't hear the motor coming on, but I would guess that the old motor would have made more noise than a new motor.
If the motor is coming on, you need to disconnect the hoses where they connect to the wiper arms and see if water comes out of the hoses when you make it squirt. I have had to use a straight pin to clean out the holes on the actual squirter of the wiper arm.
Here's my advice. check for voltage at the pump. let someone listen under the hood to see if the pump is working. squeeze the hoses to see if there is ice in the lines.
