My guess would be that it was stolen, wrecked and then torched. Happened to my old Cherokee I had.

My guess is that car was involved in a demolition derby. The lack of glass (removed and not broken), gutted interior, welded rods in front of the steering wheel, and what looks like sanded out numbers on the door make me think that.

Definitely demo derby. The duct tape wrapped around the b-pillar for the flag...

The spray paint scheme on it and the re-bar in front of the driver's side is seat is another indicated. That thing should be crushed!!
