just put new brake pads on the front and the passenger side is dragging

how did the slide pins look? did you lube the slide pins? mine had crust and rust on one of the brake pins.. Wire brushed them clean and lubed very well and freed it up. if the sliders are good then you might need to replace the caliper. they are like 50ea at the parts store.. You can order powdercoated red ones on rockauto for cheap. i had to replace one of mine and if i could have got away for a few days i would have got the red ones instead for like 50-75 for the pair on rock auto.. i think they where powerstop brand iirc.

Also, replace both calipers, not just one. The other caliper is the same age as the one that's sticking, and you have to bleed both front brakes anyways...

yeah slides look good cleaned and lubed, calipers are original. I'll order new ones.

What do you mean by dragging? If you go for a drive, is the passenger side much hotter than the driver's side? Or just pulling to the right when you hit the brakes? I guess I didn't probe enough when I first posted?

One thing that can happen in these rubber lines is that a bit of the liner peels up inside, acting like a check valve. Did you replace the rubber flex lines?
