noise/rattle/vibration in front

Post by Troxartes »

Hi everyone. I haven't been able to find a similar problem in any of the boards, so I will describe it here. There is a rattle/noise/vibration coming from the front end. It only occurs whenever I accelerate and then stops when I reach a certain speed. It sounded at first like something was caught in the wheelwell, but nothing was there.

Its a 98 SSEi Supercharged. Any help would be appreciated!

Does it happen at all when not moving? Does it change with speed?

It doesnt happen when I'm idling. It seems to get louder the harder I accelerate. But then stops at around 30-40 mph.
