Tech 2 Questions

Can someone tell me what I can do with this thing? Lol! This is a dealer one so it isn't a knock off. I have 2 things I am looking to do here. First I have a 180 t-stat and I always get a code when it starts getting cold and would like to change the parameters on it how do I do it. Second my car has been said to have had a tune for the current mods but am not sure it is correct. I have a PLOG, ported rear mani, ported lower intake, FWI, and all Magnaflow exhaust. Here is what I am feeling with the performance of the car. I know for a fact the car always has more power just after startup like I have heard before the comp is in a bypass mode or something to that effect and once the comp kicks in its back to normal. Ok so the car seems to bog in my opinion and also seems like if your starting off east and start to lay into it is goes then pauses and goes again but still always feels like its bogging. Hard to explain but I almost feel like if I put it back to stock it would run better. My comparison car is my dads 2002 Monte Carlo SS that has a heck of a lot more power than I have ever felt out of a 3800 and the only mod was replacing the stock cat for another stock style cat. His car pulls very hard after the switch like it is a factory freak. If anyone has some input please help.

The Tech2 is only for diagnosing problems, verifying paramaters, or scanning. You can change a few things with the Tech2, however nothing your looking to do

You need a Tuner, like HPTuners, to change the PCM
