There is such a wide variety of options to choose from. What is best is something only you can answer. Do some searches of what others have done, and go from there. It is all about what YOU like best.

if your mufflers are 2.5" in/out then you will want to get a 2.5" but 2.25" should also be fine. Any decent muffler shop will make either work.

Mine are Kool Vue oval exhaust tips. They came on the car when I bought it and I think they look pretty good. I hate the name, though. "Kool Vue" sounds like it was thought up by 5th graders lol

I agree with Wes, tips are something you have to like. I went through 3 sets of tips on my LeSabre before I found a set that I completely fell in love with.

I have a unique set of tips I plan on getting installed on the Bonneville, as soon as I can find a shop that doesn't think I'm crazy!

As for length, your best bet is to get under the car and do some measurements: how far from the pipe to the edge of the bumper, and then from there how far you want it to stick out. From there, find the tips in the right length you need. That's pretty much how I went about it on the LeSabre.

also your tip length doesnt have to be very accurate, just plan on getting something longer than what you need, that way you can adjust the length when you put them on, and worst case scenario you can trim off a little off of your pipes to get the desired look your after.
