Bought a wrecked 05 GXP

Post by Undead »

Hello guys,

Ive been trolling around looking for some answers, and was hoping you guys could help me out. I fixed wrecked cars for a hobby. Normally I stick to more common cars, mustangs, silverados, grand prix, etc, but I got the car for dirt cheap. My wife has taken a liking to this car and Ill probably keep it for a while. It was hit in the front end. Id love to find salvage yard parts I can use to keep costs down. So my questions are.

1. What other cars have the same Radiator, I got a condensor out on a deville i think. Rad looked different.
2. I need a drivers side side skirt, all the pieces. Not sure how that vanished in a front end impact. I read on here that SLE's are the same. Is that 00-05?
3. Im also missing a grill insert, driver side i think. Are those the same on the other 00-05 bonnies?

Thanks guys,

Mike

Welcome!

04 and 05 SLE's are the same as the GXP only. So neither the grill or skirt for anything else will fit. I'm sure someone else with more knowledge will chime in, I may be wrong about that skirt.

05 SLE only is same as 04-05 GXP. Specific trim will have to come from one of these models.

1. The radiator can be from a newer Aurora or a Deville.
2. I can't find the long piece that runs the length, but this is the real hard to find piece: http://www.ebay.com/itm/04-05-PONTIAC-B ... 5d&vxp=mtr
