2000 Bonneville SE Sun Shade Fix

Well as part of a mini project to fix my headliner that is falling down, I removed the fabric from the sunroof shade cover (or whatever you want to call it). The entire piece of fabric was beginning to fall down and it made sliding the cover increasingly difficult so I decided to just remove all of it. As of right now I'm not going to reapply new fabric to it.

Here's a few pictures of what I did... Taking out the sunroof is as easy as taking out 4 screws and then pushing in 4 springs to get the cover out.

Overall I think the plain black matches the black aftermarket radio that I put in and also the black speaker covers that are on the front doors.

It looks a little out of place because of the handle. If that were black too it would look better.

Yeah, I couldn't decide if I should spray paint the handle black or not...

Could just Plastidip the handle, that way if you decide to do something different down the line you can peal the coating off.
