I'll have a look at the Lucerne rad.

I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with the evap problem I'm having. Haven't seen a good diagram of exactly what does what and where. I'm thinking the vent side of my solonoid needs to be hooked up differently. I'm pretty sure the in/out are correct though.

I have the EVAP diagram for the pre-'00, is there a sticker on yours that shows the OE routing? Or draw a diagram that shows how yours is currently routed.

There's a vacuum diagram but doesn't cover the evaP. I'll try to post something when I'm at a computer.

No sir. It comes in a little tube similar to thread locker.

Permatex makes a head bolt sealant it comes in a tube, it's hard to find. I got it from snowmobile shop when rebuilt my sled, it does not harden totally. Acts as lube for torquing. Not near the money but sled was running great with new hot wires, piston wash good. Then totaled it first trip out. So how about update, just found this thread took 1 1/2 at work to read it. Another tail I had a rocket motor I was putting in didn't have oil to top end was about to pull it, buddy says put some of the fuel oil in. Put a quart in & it loosened every thing up & started flowing. Called it my rattle rocket after that
