so the weather is warming up (finally!) and ive recently noticed some HUGE scratches on my car. It makes me cringe every time i find a new one and i want to make this paint beautiful again. Ill try to get some pictures of the most noticeable scratches in the next few days but i have a couple questions:
What is everyone experience with touch-up paint? i've found a few websites that offer the color and clearcoat needed to touch up my car. This was my go to, but i figured i would ask the experts first. Is it better to wet sand/clay/polish/ wax to get rid of scratches? or will touch up paint do the job just fine?

Re: nasty scratches
You will almost never be able to make touch up paint look right, unless you touch up the scratches then wetsand the touch up paint and buff it, but even then...

Re: nasty scratches
Are the scratches just in the clear? Or do they go deeper into the paint/primer?
Bye Bye:

Re: nasty scratches
Hopefully they're not through the clear. Then there still is hope.
