Step 1
Remove the entire housing as described in the Techinfo article:
Step 2
You'll notice some "C" clips along the outside of the housing. To remove them, I used the fishing pliers from my tackle box
Step 3
Using a thin screwdriver, very SLOWLY begin to pry the clear cover from the housing. You'll see a thin line with black sealant in it. Here's where you want to pry. Slice the sealant where it's being stubborn.
Step 4
Once you have the clear cover off, you'll see the black cover has tabs. There should be 5 tabs and one alignment slot tab. Carefully remove from top to bottom, inner to outer (brights to blinker).
Step 5
Next, you'll see the 4 tabs holding the orange part to the black part here. Remove from here carefully as well.
Step 6
Then, reassemble them in revers order. As you insert the black part back into the housing, notice the large alignment slot tab. Insert this first, then the tabs will almost click themselves in, including the back tab. Put the clear cover back on over the housing and replace the "C" clips. If you notice any bare spots without sealant, you will need to reseal this area. If you were careful with the pulling apart, this won't be necessary as the sealant will reconstitute itself with each side.
Reinstall onto the car and you're done!
