It was from http://www.mycustomcase.com/, they had a Groupon deal the day I got my new phone! The logo is actually printed right on the case, so no decal to peel off
Although I have to say it took FOREVER (almost 3 weeks) to get the case after I ordered it, but that may have been due to increased orders from the Groupon. If anyone wants the image file I used, I would be more than willing to send it to them, although I'm sure somebody could make it look better than I did!
