I am constructing my own at the moment. There is no options out there for a direct fit, so you are on your own.
I am using a stock pillar, and a dual gauge pod from one of the el cheapo $10 ones you see in every rice wagon that has a 10" tack on the dash and same size rice pipe out the back.
Just dremel carefully here and there, until you get a good seat on the stock pillar, tape it in place and put it on for a few test drives to make sure the angle looks right. Once you have it right, do the cut/fiberglass and sanding to do it right. Once done, it will be worth it.
I will post pics when I am done, but here is the preliminary fit taped in place before I refined any fitment issues or cut the original pillar. Very rough fit still, but getting closer to what I want.
