2000 Buick Park avenue
Im thinking about buying a 2000 Buick Park avenue base, it has 196,000 miles, Cd player, heated leather seets and the only thing wrong is that the fuel gauge doesnt work. They are asking $2500. Am I wrong in thinking that this is a high price? Also will the tank have to be dropped or is there an access in the trunk like the bonnevilles?

If the rest of it is nice that's a decent deal...

ehh. I'd say that's kinda high buck for the miles. Unless, it is absolutely MINT otherwise.
If they don't have any maintenance records BUT the body is clean and straight. I'd pay $1500. Just expect to be replacing intake gaskets and/or tranny soon.

Sounds high to me, last year I paid $2500 for my 02 SE no leather that had 95k on it.

Miles are high for the price, especially if it isn't a loaded Ultra.

Wow, maybe it's just my area... this summer I sold a 98 PA with 200K, not a very nice car for $2500, and it was gone in like 2 days... of course that was on a car lot, I suppose...

Would the gas tank have to be dropped?

Nope, there is an access panel in the trunk, just like the Bonnevilles.Merrillspontiac wrote:Would the gas tank have to be dropped?
